Norma Lee Robison

Norma Lee Robison, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on Sunday, April 30th, 1933, in Hopkins, Missouri.

Norma was the daughter of the late Glen (Skinny) Woldruff and Edna May Woldruff. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Chester (Chet) D. Robison, and her sisters, Virginia Gill and Carole Spalding. Norma's life was a testament to love, resilience, and adventure.

A graduate of Hopkins High School, Norma embarked on a life filled with travel and exploration. She married and began a journey that took her across the country and even overseas to Micronesia, spending over 30 years in Colorado before returning to her roots in the Hopkins area. Norma worked in retail sales many places as her and Chet moved around the country. Her warm smile and friendly nature made her popular with her customers everywhere she worked.

Norma's passions were as diverse as her travels. She was an avid woodworker, quilter, and gardener, finding joy in creating beauty with her hands. Her love for the outdoors was evident in her hunting adventures in Wyoming, where she successfully harvested elk and antelope. Norma loved her dog Lola and enjoyed feeding and watching birds.

Her adventurous spirit led her to explore the wonders of Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Spain, France, and Germany. Norma cherished these experiences and the memories they created. Despite her many travels, she always returned home to Hopkins for the Christmas holidays, a tradition that brought her immense joy. Being with family enjoying cards, meals and family time together.

Norma is survived by her loving children: Connie (Kevin) Williams of Silverthorne, CO; Ron (Kay) Robison of Silverthorne, CO; Roger (Joni) Robison of Bedford, IA, and Linda Robison (Clarke Davis) of Grand Junction, CO. She leaves behind her cherished granddaughter, Heather (Tyler) Adcock, and great-grandchildren Kaplan and Declan Adcock. Along with many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

A visitation will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Maryville, MO, on Saturday, August 1st, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Arrangements are being handled by Bram Funeral Home.

Norma Lee Robison's life was a tapestry of love, adventure, and cherished memories. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
