Carol Greever Brown, 49, of Liberty, MO, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2017, after a short illness at the Liberty Hospital, Liberty, MO.
Carol was born in Moberly, MO, on September 13, 1967, to Max and Leona (Ringold) Greever. She was a former resident and graduated from Stanberry R-II High School, Stanberry, MO.
Carol graduated in 1989 with a B.S. in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations from Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, MO. She was a freelance writer.
She had attended the United Methodist Church in Stanberry. At Northwest she was a member and officer of the Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority, and was also a Bearcat Stepper. Carol had lived in Liberty since 1989. She liked playing tennis and golf.
She is survived by her 3 children, Lexy (Ryan) Myers, Lee’s Summit, MO, Lauren Brown, and Jack Brown, both of Liberty; her parents, Max and Leona Greever, Maryville, MO; her sister, Nancy (Jeff) Farlow, Maryville, MO; 2 grandchildren, Owen and Jude Myers; and her niece and nephew, Brittany and Michael Farlow.
She loved her children and her family.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM, on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO. The burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Maryville.
The family will receive friends for one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
