Anne M. Snow, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished member of the Maryville community, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, at the age of 84. Born October 13th, 1940, in Bradford, Yorkshire, England Anne's life was a testament to love, dedication, and service.
Anne was the devoted wife of the late Derrel Snow and the daughter of the late Bradford Alexander Womersley and Annie Womersley. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Jonathon Snow. Anne is survived by her children: David Snow of Centerville, OH; Mark Snow of Burlington Jct., MO; Stephen Snow of Kansas City, MO; and Nancy Snow of Maryville, MO. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Joel, Emily, Jacob, Cheyenne, Alex, Brody, Mattie, Sydney, Kayleigh, Eli, Justin, Lane, and Charles, as well as her great-grandchildren: Beckham, Zoey, Jaxson, and Grayson.
Anne dedicated 38 years of her professional life as the Vice President of Snow Trucking, along side her husband, a self-employed venture in Maryville, MO. Her leadership and commitment were instrumental in the success of the family business.
A woman of many talents and passions, Anne was an active member of the Sweet Adelines of Saint Joseph, MO, where she shared her love for singing. Her faith was a guiding force in her life, and she proudly served an LDS mission in southern England as a young lady.
Anne's warmth and kindness extended beyond her family and friends to the community she loved. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The New Nodaway County Humane Society, reflecting her compassion for all living creatures.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at Bram Funeral Home in Maryville, MO, on Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at Sheridan Cemetery (VanSkyock Addition) in Sheridan, MO on Thursday, August 14th, 2025, at 11:00 am.
