Angela G. Morriss

Angela Geraldine Morriss, 57, of Guilford, MO, passed away on November 11, 2013, at the Heartland Hospital in St. Joseph, MO after a long illness.

Angela was born on May 5, 1957, in Kansas City, MO, and moved to the Barnard, MO, area as a child. Her parents were Sherman and Patricia (Erickson) Etheridge, and they preceded her in death.

On January 14, 1980, Angela was united in marriage in Albany, MO, to David W. Morriss, he survives of the home in Guilford.

Other survivors include her Bradley Gaskill, Moberly, MO, Andrea (Shannon) Hornbuckle, Hopkins, MO, Amanda (Bob) Turner, Lake Park, IA, and Adam (Annie) Morriss, Guilford, MO; siblings, Brenda Deets, Independence, MO, Dixie Cantrell, Southwest City, MO, and Debbie Holbrook, Paris, TX; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Morriss’s body has been cremated under the direction of the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home, Maryville, MO. No services and visitation is planned at this time.
